US Immigration from Philippines

When I travel to the Philippines (soon) to get married, do I need to set an appointment at the embassy to prove my "not married" status?

I also read in another thread about bringing my proof of health insurance. And also my financial records, I thought this part was later on in the process.

Fianc e and kids are flying into LAX on Friday. They will be coming into Terminal B. I've been through this terminal several times, but it's been two years since I was there.

Where is the best place to meet them? We have connecting flight together several hours after their arrival. Is there a common meeting area outside of baggage claim?

Valid passports

They will have negative RT swab tests

Some have mentioned a CDC attestation form and I've also seen mention of a travel declaration form.

My wife's month is 95 and in poor health. My wife, who has a Philippines passport that expires this september, wants to visit her. My wife has a permanent green card (10 yr variety). Two questions: first, if she stays there for 2 months, can she return to the US with no problem, given that she might only have 4 months on her passport. Second, will the Philippine government allow her to stay in country with less than 6 months on her passport? Thanks!
