US Immigration from Philippines

We just paid our AOS/IV fees and will be uploading NVC documents soon. CR1. Upon review of the document requirements listed here, I found this:

For marriages that occurred outside of the Philippines, the original marriage certificate from the issuing country should be provided, and translated into English, along with the Philippines recording of the marriage.

We have a Utah marriage certificate. We don't have a PSA marriage certificate or CEMAR/AOM yet (but should soon; waiting on the DFA to transmit our ROM to the PSA). If we upload only the US marriage certificate to the NVC, and no PSA marriage certificate or CEMAR, will that result in an RFE? We will have everything by the time of the interview.

Hi ,Beautiful People! Is there anybody here that have similar situation as mine or knowledge about my situation? I will have my interview at the end of the month. I wonder if they still ask about my marriage if I have been here since 2012 . Thank you for all your help.

NVC payment stage for my case, IR2. Paid the fees but the AOS was rejected. We used the same bank account info and it has sufficient funds. Has anyone experienced this before? What to do?

I am now finally starting to apply my Citizenship and I am confused about what stated on the NOTE: Select the box for either Item A. or B. in Item Number 1. If applicable, select the box for item Number 2.

I did clicked box A- I can read and understand English, and I have read and understand every question and instruction on this application and my answer to every question.

It means I don't need to click Item number 2?

Do I have to file the K1 and K2 applications together, or can I file the K1 first and the K2 later when I get my bonus?
