US Immigration from Philippines

Hello, is there a thorough Step by Step guide to complete forms and documents for completion of the CR-1 Visa process. Sometimes I get off track or confused with procedures and really can t afford to pay an attorney the crazy amounts they are asking for. I have to petition my wife and stepson to the US. We married online in December, I just got back from the Philippines after consummating the marriage a few days ago. I think I have to file 2, I-130 s, not sure if I need 2, I-130a s or not. Also, so far she has kept her last name in the marriage, but we want to change her last name, once the Report of Marriage at the Philippine Consulate submitted in January goes through. Can I start the i-130 process in her passport name or is it best in my last name? Lots of questions. Thanks for any advice!

Hello, I filed Report of Marriage documents with the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco. How long will it take to get my original documents back from them. I m wanting to start to petition my wife to the US but am wondering if I made a mistake in sending various originals to them, including my divorce papers, mine and wife s birth certificate and wife s husband s death certificate.

My mom's case is at NVC since 2020 July. Is there any news of any interview scheduled recently in US Embassy Manila Philippines for this category? Her priority date is June 24, 2019 my moms visa is IR5.

Is there anybody here the same case as my mom?

My green card expired. Didn't even realized that it expired because of all this pandemic stress. I already applied to renew it. They received it Feb. 8 of this year. In the uscis website it shows estimated time until case decision. I was feeling confident that it will be quick. Last week it was showing as "1 week" until decision. This week, wording changed to "Your next milestone: receive your case decision."

My problem is... My driver's license is going to expire at the end of the month. I am be really hoping that card will come just in time for me renewing my driver's license. But I feel really nervous and panicky now.

What should I do?

I'm going back to Manila in a few days to see my father, who is currently in the ICU.

I'm fairly certain I've got a handle on the latest requirements, but if someone knows otherwise, please let me know:

1. Pre-departure COVID test: I'll get an antigen test at a testing clinic at my airport of departure according to these IATF guidelines:

• "Present a negative Reverse Transcription- Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) test taken within forty-eight (48) hours, or a negative laboratory based Antigen test taken within twenty-four (24) hours, prior to the date and time of departure from the country of origin/first port of embarkation in a continuous travel to the Philippines, excluding lay-overs"

2. Travel insurance: required only for my US citizen husband, not for me as a Filipino citizen with a green card

3. One Health Pass and Traze registration: required for both of us

4. USCs are allowed 30 days visa-free entry again. This matters because my husband is joining me in a few weeks.

5. The usual stuff: flight, passport with 6+ months of validity, valid GC
