US Immigration from Philippines

My wife is travelling on her passport that is still in her maiden name. We have not done ROM. Tickets purchased to match the passport. What name should she register under on One Health Pass...married or maiden? Her vax docs and pcr test are both under married name. I'm guessing we want to match the passport and ticket? Hello, I have a question

I wanted to know, What is the likelihood that a visitor visa would be granted to my wife's two children to come to visit her during their summer break?

Background info:

My wife arrived in January 2022 on a K1 visa

My filed filed for an AOS in February 2022

My wife is a Filipina

Her children have been raised by their Grandparents and don't want to leave their grandparents permanently

We didn't file for a K2 for the children because they will finish their education in the Philippines

My wife was abroad for most of their lives providing support for their family.

My wife would travel to the Philippines and travel to the US with the children

Please let me know if there is any pertinent information that I left out.

Thank you all for the help you gave me this past October - still no interview date. I tried to work it out with my husband, but it's just not possible. We've found that he has a child with a married woman, and a different woman claims she also has a child with him. He is telling me he wants to keep one of our sons, and a selection of other absurdities. I can't trust him to complete the process and get on the plane with the kids, so I'm going to have to file new visas for the kids. I have not filed for naturalization, due to the the children being derivatives of his visa.

Can you let me know if my plans are correct? I plan to file visas for the kids and also plan to file for naturalization at about the same time - this next week. I will have a lawyer in the Philippines get the paperwork for sole custody of my children. I'm in Cleveland so I'm hoping the naturalization process will be quick, and if so when I become a citizen, the children's visas will automatically move into a faster category.

I am working from some basic information from an attorney, but would appreciate any thoughts you all might have:

I was told that upon entry, at the customs station where the K1 is stamped by the Customs Officer, that it is possible to ask for a work permit.

If the customs officer grants this, a stamp is made next to the K1 visa in the beneficiaries passport and this allows them to work as the I-765 (A06) is being processed.

I was also told that it is good to have the code section of this to present to the customs official to help justify and demonstrate a valid request.

Has anyone ever heard of this? What about the applicable code section (yes, I tried google.. ) Thanks!!!
