After a marriage broad, is it possible to get a Philippines passport in your married name before there is a PSA marriage certificate available? The marriage is in the process of being reported through a Philippines consulate, just wondering if it's possible whatsoever to get the passport with the married name sooner than it takes for them to process the Report of Marriage. For example maybe presenting the Report of Marriage form? If you can do that, does it have to be an original signed and notarized by both the husband and wife, or could it just be a version only signed and notarized by the spouse in the Philippines, or could it be a scan of one signed and notarized by both? Same question for a Postal ID. Or do you just have to wait until the report of marriage is complete and there is a PSA certificate, to obtain either in your married name?

Hello can someone jump in and explain this K Visa Timeline Statistics to me. So I chose last 3 months only. In the column that says Avg. Days between Consulate Receiving Information from NVC and Actual Interview is 268 days. When you compare Philippines from the rest of the world, we have the most days spent. Am I reading this right?

I'm not complaining, but I'm curious as to who in VisaJourney updates Processing Timelines, and how do they get that data. I ask this because the I-130 Processing data for NAO1 dates for NSC recently changed from sometime in late May 2021 to June 14, 2021. My case at NSC was approved on March 10th.. My NOA1 date was Oct 3, 2021. I'm pretty sure I posted this on my timeline. Is there a different way I should have done this? Thanks.
