Hello guys , just wondering and hoping someone can help me, I'm about to file AOS for my wife, unfortunately we don't have the Noa2 hard copy, what should we need to include to our packet is NVC letter, eligibility letter and the email notification from uscis that they approved our case is enough to soothe lacking NOA2? Please guys help us enlighten us .thank you.

As an aside, my thought was I-824, but aside from the fee and the processing  time, my concern was that the online description says I-824 works only for petitioner that are still valid.  Your I-129F NOA2 has surely expired. So follow the advices in the thread.  

 

Now if you have lost the K-1 visa, I think you are in bad shape and might have to do I-130.

You are absolutely fine with what you have . The Receipt Notice ( NOA 1 ) has the case # and you could even go to USCIS/ case status and print a copy that says case was approved. ..
