US Immigration from Philippines

Our case was expedited at NVC and approved due to death and sickness in family in US. Which was good news in a bad situation. Was told to contact embassy to take next steps.

We were sent a link where we did application for interview only to find no appointment dates available. I can't help nut feel like we got sent down the wrong path here. We got expedited only to compete with available dates with everyone else?

If this isn't a error, really hoping it is as I need my wife right now, any tips on checking for new available dates? Some open in mornings when embassy opens or first of the month?

We've not been able to book a direct flight because of how expensive it is so instead we've been able to book one on japan airlines that has a stopover in Narita. Has anyone else had to go through there before? I was wondering if I'd have to pick up my luggage and check it in to the new plane when I transfer over? It was booked under one ticket but there's two different planes although they're both japan airlines. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I plan to marry my Filipina Fianc e end if this year in the Philippines near Manila. Can I go through the US Embassy in Manila to apply for a spouse visa?

I'm not interested in a K1 visa.

My wife received an RFE after her interview possibly for extended time abroad. The form is N-14, as I am not able to find it online is it safe to assume it will be mailed?

The interviewer told my wife it was available online but I have struck out.

Does anyone have experience with the Balikbayan privilege (entering the country as a spouse of a Filipino citizen) and work authorization? I'm looking to do remote work for a few weeks, but my company says I will need remote work authorization.
