US Immigration from Philippines

Our visa is showing as "Issued" on CEAC website. Since we're traveling around for a while, we chose against home delivery and picked an LBC location for delivery. Do they give any indication when the visa is actually delivered, or do we just call LBC every day until they receive it and it's ready for pickup? Thanks in advance.

I just finished reading through the requirements for the interview. It now states that you only have to upload them for interview and not bring them with you! Go to the Philipine US Embassy and read through the steps to apply for spouse or child. I plan to still put them in the interview packets, but it makes me wonder.

Hi every one hope someone can help my case ,I petition my son last june 2019 under in my green card ,and 2021 i become a citizen .

my question is do i need to send any document to uscis that im already a citizen .

Might help for his case less month of process since that I'm citizen now .

I'm finding some information that says the purpose of the NBI clearance must be "travel abroad", but these seem to be older posts and there is nothing on the ph.usembassy.gov website that says the NBI clearance must be a "travel abroad" clearance. My wife's NBI clearance states "multipurpose" and also it expires about 2 weeks after the interview. Does any of this matter? Will they accept "multipurpose" for the interview and what about the CFO? Does she need an unexpired clearance to enter the US? Thank you.

Hello guys. My fianc is coming here to the USA. I just want to ask if there s anyone who just traveled here recently and knows what are the updated requirements needed in immigration? She will travel from Philippines to LA. I just want to make sure my fianc have every documents she need.

She currently has the following:

Passport
Visa
Yellow Packet
CD
Ticket
Vaxx card
Vaxx cert
Rt pcr test
Travel tax payments
CFO cert
BOI form
CDC form

Anything else we missing?
