I need to find a way to beat the backlogged and understaffed system

I have hypothetical idea about my marriage. Im planning on doing this to start the clock and no need going to las vegas for a drive thru marriage.

After receiving my NOA2, Im am planning on having an online marriage. Average time between noa2 to interview is 6 months pre covid. It is way longer now.

I make sure that I will not be visiting her anymore after our online marriage. I would wait until she gets here so we can consumate our marriage to make it an official.

Im planning on doing this to save time and so our marriage has started.

What is your verdict?

Dear All,

We just submitted our AOS packet last June 24 (without the I-693) and received our paper NOAs last July 8. Currently, we have a list of civil surgeons in Metro Dallas-Forth Worth TX (from USCIS site) but would just like to seek recommendations as well.

Appreciate any inputs. Thanks.

A few questions about the I-129f

Hey guys, I have a few questions about the I-129f that me and my fiance are a little confused about...

1. If I, the beneficiary, live in my current address for 5 years, do I have to fill up my physical address 2?

2. What if the petitioner or the beneficiary forgot the employment start and end date in our previous jobs? Is it required to put the exact dates?

3. In Part 2, page 8, item 54, it says to attach evidence of meeting in the last two years. How do we attach it? Should it be in the form, or should it be already included in the packet that we're going to send?

4. In addition to question 3, we typed out the story of how we met, (literally how we met) which is on a dating app. Now, the part that's confusing is, is it the same as what the i-129 is asking for, the circumstances of meeting for the last two years? (In the letter, it includes how we met in person too.)

5. If my fiance (petitioner) had a crime conviction, should we attach the court record documents and paperwork in the additional information of the form, or should we include it in the packet?

6. Should we leave some items blank or put N/A on all of it?

7. What is the general format of the additional information, specifically if we're going to add more employment history? We actually already have it typed out, (see picture below) but do you guys think this is the correct formatting?

Also, any examples or pictures would be a big help for us.

Thank you so much in advance for replying!

Wife Was Previously Deported From Jordan

Hey all,

My wife and I have been putting together our visa application packet, and I was talking to her recently about starting to gather documents far ahead of time that will be needed down the road. She's previously lived and worked in Jordan and Qatar (Jordan about 7 years, Qatar 2 years). It turns out she was deported from Jordan a little over 4 years ago for overstaying her work visa. She's very nervous now, perhaps as she should be. We're in the process of obtaining her police clearance certificates from each country--or background, as the case may be.

I'm having a difficult time finding information on this, and short of paying an attorney for a consultation, I thought I'd stop in and ask here: Does anyone have any feedback on whether deportation for an overstay from another country--not the U.S.--bars May, my wife, from a U.S. visa and green card?

Thanks in advance,

Jason

My Spouse has passed away

I know everyone kind of follows everyone else, so here is my update. My loving husband and father passed away June 14 in a tragic accident. Our family is just not settled yet for this. My MIL says it will take a bit longer now, even though we were at stage for interviews and waiting DQ on 2 children. She says the information is confusing and even lady at USCIS did not seem sure of what to do and kept going to look things up. Does anyone know anyone who has dealt with this? Not worried about needing another sponsor, we are good there. Please prayers for my kids, who are having a difficult time dealing at the moment.
