I have two questions: 1. is there a link to upload documents such as the Affidavit of Support and supporting documents to the Embassy for the interview.. haven't been able to find out how. 2. Is my fianc e considered at this point an immigrant or non-immigrant? This seems to be sensitive to the covid-vaccine requirement. She doesn't want to take the vaccine since one of her cousins died and another is very sick and has physical problems with a lot of pain since. TIA for help with these ?s.. Our interview is August 11!! Dave

Should a divorce be a cause for concern when applying using the 5-year rule? We got divorced approx. 2 years after I got the 10-year green card and have lots of evidence proving bona fide marriage - it simply just did not work out. I am really stressing out if this will, in any way, affect the results of the N400... Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I am traveling to Libagon, Southern Leyte in the Philippines in September. Besides having my COVID vaccination what other vaccinations do I really need? The CDC site seems to think I need a lot of them and to me it seems like over kill. Anyone who has traveled to PH before that can give me some guidance on what I really need? Here is the link to the CDC - https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/philippines As always thank you for any help given.

Hello, My wife's children had their IR2 interviews recently. According to her, everything went well and they will receive their passports in about 1-2 weeks. We had originally scheduled the interviews on ustraveldocs. I had two questions: 1) How will they know when to pick up the passports at the courier address website? When we log in to the ustraveldocs, it doesn't say anything anymore. I think my wife said that they will contact the phone number we provided or something. 2) "What do I need to do before I travel? You must pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you receive your immigrant visa and before you travel to the United States." So, if we do not pay this, will they (the children) be allowed to board a flight to the U.S.? My wife is a U.S. citizen.

Sorry for the stupid question here... 1. If you create an account and do the "file online" option, can you enter as much as you can now and save your work to complete later or do you have to do it all i n one shot? 2. Do you scan documents to upload there as well or do they need actual physical copies of the documents (birth certs, divorce decrees, etc.)?
