I129F Requirements

Hello. I finally got copies of my divorce papers and I am about to file an I129F

I am looking meticulously at the requirements. I have a question on two items.

1. Evidence you and your fianc (e) intend to marry within 90 days of their admission into the United States as a K-1 nonimmigrant

I am assuming this is a handwritten statement written by her which she can send me electronically and I can print it here, something like,

"I intend to marry.....within 90 days upon my arrival in the United States as a K1 Non-immigrant."

2. One color passport-style photograph of yourself and one for your fianc taken within 30 days of you filing this petition;

A passport-style photograph of me is easy enough. What about my fiancee? Have her take a photograph and send me electronically to be printed at the photo place?

Kind of weird that I am filing here and stuff from her is needed.

Thanks in advance for the answers

Change of address during NVC stage. Help please

My husband (sponsor) recently got approved (CR-1 VISA) and is waiting currently for his passport to arrive.

During the CR-1 process, I (petitioner, US citizen) had a change of address and submitted a form to NVC because his case was already there at the time of moving.

Do I have to do anything, like to contact USCIS too to make sure my husband's green card be sent to my new address?

Thanks.

A Very Heartfelt Thanks to VisaJourney & Community

We completed an approximately six year process from K1 -> AOS -> ROC -> Citizenship back in mid-August this year. I updated our timeline back then, but I just felt the need to log in and take a moment to give thanks, so:

Thank you so much to VisaJourney and its community! We seriously could not have done this without you.

This is quite possibly the most useful and active forum on the internet. Anytime we had a question, the answer could be found here and/or we could ask it ourselves and get a solid answer. Those answers always came back same day, if not within seconds or minutes from posting. Even the most obscure issues are solved here in a moments notice. You've helped us save thousands of dollars avoiding the use of an immigration lawyer, and rescued us from millions of headaches or bouts of anxiety. The knowledge here far exceeds anything that could've been paid for professionally, and all of it.. at no cost to us.

The end-result: I get to be together with my wife, every day, and for the rest of my life. Plus, she now has all of the same rights as any other American citizen, and soon... her passport will arrive in the mail and we can finally travel to places we've only ever dreamed of seeing.

I feel like the best way to continue giving thanks is to stick around and help other members of the community with the knowledge we've learned along the way from our experiences and from you.

Once again, and with the utmost appreciation and regard for all of you here, thank you! I wish you all the best in your own visa journey and in your lives moving forward beyond it.

Non-Covid Vaccines

Reading through --> USCIS Immigration Vaccination Requirements it lists 8 different vaccines, but when you look at the I-693 it has more on there. If I go to https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/ link from the same instructions and answer the questions I just get MMR, TDap and the flu vaccines are needed.

I know she has to have documentation to show she got certain vaccines but what are all the vaccines that my wife will need before she is allowed to come here on her visa once we get it? I would like to get this taken care of now and make sure she is all set so we don't have to worry about it later.

So who do I follow? The requirements page here, the I-693, or the CDC?

Title says it all... When do I start the I-864? Do they tell you when to do it or do I just do it now? Can this be filed online as well, I can't seem to find it online only in PDF form?
