I have not filed taxes since 2019, taxable income in not enough.  My sources of income are:

VA disability (100% P&T, nontaxable)

SSDI (not enough to file taxes)

Military retirement (CRSC, nontaxable)

What documents do I need to provide NVC? I'm I correct that I did to provide VA benefit letter, SSDI benefit letter and CRSC benefit letters along with current pay letters for each.

You seriously need to provide a letter stating why you didn't file taxes when they are clearly non taxable income?

Except for the Military retirement. That can go both ways depending on CSC or not.

I filed taxes, but my income was only a dollar. It was required by the tax program to allow me to file digitally.

So I would still have to send documents providing my disability income even though I filed taxes would i still have to show that or is there no point since it states a dollar only?

I'm in the same boat. I filed taxes though each of the last 3 years and received my tax transcripts already. I'm wondering which income I use on I-864 on the question 24a. It says to put AGI, but many people say to put total taxable earnings. My total would be around $23k for 2022 but my AGI is only $550 which looks like nothing. Then of course I have VA total P&T as well plus $ in the bank. Does anyone know which to list for #24a?
