My sister on F3 finally received noticed that CEAC status is now In- Transit. During filing last 2020 they initially plan for spouse To Follow so didnt do anything except Pay the visa application. Now, they decided to plan Accompany but unable to change status in CEAC. How should they proceed and will this require new application with my sister as the sponsor? Any possibility that they can be interviewed at same time?

Okay, so I am ready to file an I-129F petition for my fiance in Philippines. She has two children ages 7 and 8. I would not think of separating a mother from her children so naturally I want to bring them along with their mom once we get approved. I have already listed them on the I-129F. What else do I have to do to make sure we can bring them all at the same time? The filing fee is 535 dollars for the I-129F I know. Do I send an additional 525 for each child with the I-129 petition? If not how do I tell DHS that I want to bring the three of them all at once? Or is there no additional charge for the minor children? Please help. I have all of the forms ready and want to mail them out ASAP. Mahalo, David

Hello everyone. Thank you so much in advance for the responses. I am filing my N-400 online under 5-year rule. Under Additional Evidence it asks for my USC stepchild s BC which I do not have. It states there that I have the option to not upload the additional evidence. In this case, can I safely ignore the warning message about uploading my stepchild s BC and submit my application? If I ignore it, will it affect the processing of my application? I have read from other (visa journey) threads that the USC stepchild's information/documents are not mandatory as it does not play any significant part on the immigrant s citizenship case unless it s the immigrant s biological child or the immigrant is legally obligated to support the stepchild (dependent).

Hello all, I desperately need advice. This is my first time filing for I-130 for my married brother and also married sister (Filed for both of them on March 2022). I misunderstood the I-130 process, I thought that once my brother's I-130 is approved, his sons and wife are automatically approved as well. I did not know that the wife and the sons each need to have their own I-130 filed by my brother once he will be here. Now my problem is that, my brother is from Philippines, so the I-130 timeline will be more than 10 years and once that time comes, my nephews will be 26 and 27 years old. Is there a way that my brother's wife and nephews will be able to come at the same time? I appreciate your response.
