US Immigration from Philippines

Good day! It has been decades since my last visit, but life was just busy ever since then.

Anyway, I have a question because it is confusing for me.

Here s my case:

I am a dual citizen (US) and (Phils.) I and my husband will be in the Philippines next month for a 3 months vacation. We booked an Asian cruise which starts in Singapore on May 18 2023 together with our family (party of 5). We will be departing from Manila to Singapore for a that cruise.

My question is, - which passport should I present to Singapore immigration upon arrival? as well as upon leaving Singapore?

This one confused me because it s my first time as a dual citizen entering another country coming from Manila.

I and my husband go to the Philippines every year for a vacation, and I always present both passports in entering and departing Philippines. It s just that I am not sure which passport to use upon arrival in Singapore.

I would appreciate any inputs or any experiences you had regarding this case. TIA!

Hi everyone! Anyone here has any idea if I can travel back to the Philippines using my passport in my maiden name and my vaccination card in my married name. I know there is no problem with using the maiden name passport as long as I bring with me my married certificate and such. However, I have a friend who was recently divorced and she scrambled to get her vaccination card changed to her maiden name to match her new passport (back to her maiden name) few days before her travel because she got info that both documents must match.

I think it's ridiculous, but how true is this???

I travelled to the US under K1 visa by the way, and is currently waiting for the removal of conditions adjudication.

I have been planning our travel to MNL for SLEC medical and also plan the interview as well but we have limited time since my daughter and I will need to go back to HKG for work and school. Is below plan doable?

1. Can SLEC expedite to release result if we plan USEM interview within the same week?

2. What is the turn around time to receive/deliver the passport from the time of interview (assume no issue on interview and visa has been approve)?

3. In case there is additional requirement for submission which increase the wait time, would it be possible to request to pull out my daughters passport? How will we handle onwards?

Hearing news that waiting time for passport can take 2 weeks or more, would like to check our options. Should be no issue for me, but need to find alternatives for my daughter.

We got married Online in December, consummated marriage in March, filed paperwork in April, which date would be used for determining if we receive a 2-year or 10-year Green Card. We're really wanting to avoid going through another step further down the road if possible. Do they count from interview date or date of entry into the US? If we need to delay a month or two at NVC stage is that pretty easy?

Another question we have is, Wife used her previous name at time of marriage, we submitted our petition using that name, now she has changed her name on her Passport to my last name. We should be to NVC stage in a couple of months, should we upload the new Passport in our list name at this time? Also, should we start listing everything with the new last name, even though we went through the USCIS stage with prior name?

Do we need to do a Ds-260 for her 13-14 year old son separately as well?

Hi all, I need some advice I am in the process of k1 finance Visa and got my Interview last March 2, 2023. My situation is I'm previously an OFW and I have obtain divorce from Singapore last 2 years ago. Both parties are filipino and I'm not annulled in Philippines. Now after my Interview the console give me 221G stating my lacking Marriage documentation: Certificate of NO Marriage on Record and Advisory on Marriage. My interview was being conducted in embassy manila. Question is I cannot get Cenomar as I'm still married, can I just get CEMAR instead and attached my divorce in SG? It will show from the record that I'm married but the divorce degree will support it.
