US Immigration from Philippines

I completed I-134 but can't seem to find where to send it for approval. I did some research and only information I can find is that my fiance needs to take my filled out I-134 to her interview and present the I-134 and supporting documents if asked during her interview. Second question is my fiance has a current NBI card. Does she need something else called police clearance? She has never left the Philippines. Thanks for the help in advance.

I have a friend who is applying for a K-1 Visa and his fianc worked in Lebanon as an OFW. How can she obtain a clearance from Lebanon?

I m new here, be gentle. I have my 129 form mostly complete, plan to be in Manila in less than a week. I talked with another about the process, he did it about 5 years ago.

I looked carefully through the instructions, printed them off. I had originally planned to use a service , the guy I talked to said to follow directions, complete everything, then mail to the address in TX. He recommended doing it myself.

I will collect her copies, information, all the pictures of correct size & background, etc.. When back home I plan to double check things, copy, then mail it off, with tracking. Am I missing much? Any info on current processing times?

Seems an interesting site. I have a rather clean history, hopefully things go ok.

After reading the quideline and searchign the forum I unfortunately do not have clarity on this one item and could use some assistance. My fiance camt to the US on the k-1 visa and with her my step son (k-2). In the guideline it states that when filing for them to receive an ssn, the k-2 will need a valid EAD from USCIS. He is 9 years old and will not be working for the forseeable future. To obtain the EAD we would have had to file the form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization along the way but never did or were aware we needed to prior to comign to the US.

Is this just an oversight and not intended for minors nor intended to work and the EAD isnt really required?

Hello guys, I m just curious if anyone here had filed for their parents September 2023. Any update for you guys? Anyone know how long it takes to bring parents in states that are from Philippines?
