• No criminal records whatsoever
• 1st filing was successful but got divorced after years of marriage
• 2nd filing was withdrawn since engagement ended in break-up

Also is there a specific General Waiver form that needs to be downloaded and filled up? Thank you!

My wife has been DQ since Dec 1st 2023 how long is it taking for an interview and is it true about them having mass expedites in January

Hello all

I've looked through the n400 instructions but am still unsure.

So my wife arrived here in December 2020 from Philippines and automatically got her permanent residency based on marriage. She qualifies for the 3 years.

So my questions...

We are filing now and am unsure how to answer her 5 years residency. So essentially she lived back in Philippines from say June 1 2018 to Dec 10 2020 then arrived here. Ok. So do I still put down for the 5 years "December 24th (5 years from today) 2018 to the date she left the Philippines? Or what? I'm confused. Or just do the last 3 years? Help is appreciated.

I'm not counting a closed loop cruise from Florida as our passports were not stamped.

Hello, I would like to get some guidance if anyone got the same case as mine.

I have received my GC employment based EB2 - advanced degree(non-NIW) by Adjustment of Status.

I have filed I-824 follow-to-join for my wife and child, and it got approved.

I have received NVC letter and paid the IV fees, however the Affidavit of Support fees was marked as 'exempt'.

My question is , do i have to file/submit Affidavit of Support so that I can proceed with my dependents NVC processing? Thanks in advanced!

Hi everyone! My beneficiary is from the Philippines, she stayed in Canada for 11 months from July 2022 until May 2023 under tourist visa. Does she needs to get Police Clearance Certificate from canada? She said that this documents maybe ask during her interview. Not sure also if this applies only to those who worked or studied abroad beyond 6months. Thanks!
