US Immigration from Philippines

My wife is in the US with H1B visa since 2022. We got married earlier this year Jan 2. Can I already apply for an H4 visa in Manila?

I always update here once in a while since this forum is my only resource throughout me and my children's process and I'm back again to ask questions.

My 2 yrs GC was approved April 2023 and my children's 2yrs GC got approved November of 2023, I'm still anxious and wanted to make sure that I'm still doing the right process until were all done

in this process. I believe its 3mos before my 2yrs GC expire, can i also file my children's GC or I need to separate mine and to them?. We have plans of travelling to PH next year or do the Cruise.

I apologize if my English is not good and I hope if anyone can understand my question i always appreciate the help and advice.

Hello everyone, I don't know if I'm on a right forum. Anyway, my backpack was stolen yesterday my wallet, credit cards and most importantly my green card visa. I have 10yr visa and planning this year to apply US citizen. Please can anyone tell me what to do? Where to go to report stolen greencard? How to get a new greencard? And where to get it.

Can someone please help me understand the Visa bulletin info? I m a permanent resident who petitioned my minor children. They are documentarily approved and has a priority date of October 6, 2021. No correspondence yet since approval from NVC. I checked with the consular office in Manila and they don t have the papers yet. How do I check in this bulletin when they might be scheduled for an interview? TIA!

She came here on H-2B ,(educated long term worker for toyota in philippines), fell in love with American , court marriage in Florida 3/8/23 just before the H-2B expired.

Approved i485 & i130 in Jan, got green card 1/3/24 expires 2026

EAD combo card issued, good until 2028

Has valid Philippines & Florida Drivers licenses.

this is where it gets sketchy - they needed joint sponsor from San Francisco (filipina good friend). American is broke , ineligible to sponsor.

American bounced first i765 / i485 check, had to redo everything after case rejection. 2nd time around she used money-order and finally went thru..

They just had big fight, she moved out. He will probably file for divorce, but hasn't yet..

She is 44, has family in the U.S. - She is working for Mitsubishi now in Florida and they offered to sponsor if things don't work out.. Also her good friend in San Francisco is willing to sponsor..

Any feedback on what she should do is greatly appreciated.
