US Immigration from Philippines

Please some one help me. I am filing the I-129f by myself and I dont understand some things on the form. In part 2 of the form it asks questions about your beneficiary, who is that, me or her?? if it is me why is it repeating the same questions it just asked about me. if it is her why dont it say her. im confused. Im doing all this myself because I cant afford a lawyer.

Hi all, I filed the petition in 2019 for my wife's IR-1 and ran into some problems so I had to wait a few years before things came together for me to finish it. So for about 5 years it's been at the NVC stage until now. I am almost ready to submit everything, just a few final documents to upload. Anyways I'm just wanting to know if the delay in completing the paperwork will cause any unforeseen problems going forward? Thank you so much!

We filed my wifes N400 on May 6th and up until yesterday my wifes online account showed the N400 with a receipt notice and a biometric reuse notice. Yesterday we logged in to check for updates and my wifes N400 is completely gone with her I-751 we filed a few years ago still remaining. It is still gone today.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem and what should we do about this?

Aloha,

Dina and I are beginning to think about a second visit. We are considering Tahiti. Hawaiian flies non-stop to Pape`ete every Saturday. So logically it makes sense for Dina to take Philippines Air to Honolulu, then we fly together to Pape`ete. As I understand, Dina would need a transit visa to pass thru HNL. Does anybody have experience with these??
