So, my wife is eligible to file now (90 day-3 year married to USC) but we're in the Philippines until mid September when we will file. Just playing around seeing what the online filing entails, however, I can't seem to get it started. What is the trick? If I click anything like, File N-400 Online Now, it takes me to her previous (now closed) cases and there's no, Start New Case or anything like that. If I go through the Eligibility Calculator, it says go ahead and File Online but again, that just takes me to the case list. Best I can get is an N-400 pdf but I want to file online. Thanks

Hi guys, As the above title states, she is here! My wife came here on the K1 fianc visa. She arrived on June 10, and we got married on July 31! What do we do next? She does not have a social security number. Thanks Thecorkman

Hello all. New member. I think I put everything relevant on my timeline. If not, Feel free to point out what I missed. My question: I received a notification in June that we are able to schedule an interview, however everytime I log in to the travel docs portal, there are no interview times available. How often do the appointment windows open, and is there a best time of day or night that I should log in to check?

Hello everyone... Hoping someone can give me some info? My fiancee had her K-1 Visa interview at USEM Manila on Tuesday, Aug. 13th and was approved. As of about 7:30 or 8am Friday morning Manila Time, the status in CEAC changed to "Issued". Before the interview, on ustraveldocs we chose the option to pick up her documents at the LBC in the Mall of Asia. I have a couple of questions... 1. Since it was changed to "Issued" early Friday morning, is there a chance that her package will be ready to pick up at LBC on Saturday? 2. I'm assuming they will use the email and phone numbers entered into the ustraveldocs portal to contact her regarding the package being ready. Is that correct? 3. Is there a way to tell when the package is given to LBC? I looked at the "Document Delivery Information" section of the dashboard in the portal but after the interview, the whole dashboard is blank now.

Hi, We are currently at the medical and interview stage of our K-1 Visa, however I have questions in regards of changing address. I have just recently moved to a different apartment and I wasn't sure if this was going to affect any documents or interview questions the Immigration officer may ask my fiance. Do I need to still complete the "change of address" on USCIS website? I have listed my new address on the DS-160 form, but my only concern is on the I-129F form I have my old address. Please let me know what I should do in this case, as my fiance's interview will be next month. Thank you!
