US Immigration from Philippines

I'm scheduled to have an interview on October 29th in the Philippines. Unfortunately, my fiance and I did encounter some financial issues that sets us back quite a bit. I don't even have m medical scheduled yet. I wanted to try re-scheduling instead but there's are no available dates that are open yet. Would it be safe to cancel it to have it re-scheduled instead? Or would it be better to just keep waiting for dates to open so I can reschedule?

My wife has entered the United States under an IR1 visa. There is no stamp in her passport and now her employer is asking for the stamp. How do we go about getting this stamp?

I finally had NVC accept my payment. I have my I-864 ready, but probably will not have my taxes squared away until next week. Can I file my I-864 now and send my taxes later, or do they need to be sent at the same time? Thank you, Dave & Joyce

I am a Filipino applicant for AOS (coming from K1), and my husband and I just filed AOS this month. It looks like AOS interviews are being scheduled earlier than usual! I just had questions.

I may be off but my worries are if my interview is scheduled within 3 months since filing. If that were the case, what documents do you all recommend I should focus on preparing first?

My guess is medical insurance is one strong evidence but what if the interview comes earlier before the cutoff date for my husband s insurance application thing-y?
