US Immigration from Philippines

The form requests evidence of name change. I married my wife in the Philippines and she started using my name. It's on her DL, Green Card, Global Entry, and Philippine passport. The MC is all in her maiden name and there is nothing that says anything like "from this day forward will be known as xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Because of this, I've often conjectured that following marriage in the RP, a Filipina could go by whatever name she wanted.

So, what evidence do they want?

There's a gap in our residence history. We lived in an apartment and then bought an RV and traveled for some months before renting another apartment. So, the in between, we have no address to list other than our RV VIN. Is there something suitable I put there other than homeless which really isn't correct. I figure I'll just leave the gap and explain at the interview. I'm sure this situation isn't all that uncommon. Perhaps there is a standard answer for this?

Hello, my mother received 221g. The letter states that she need scheduled for another interview, however, every time I attempt to schedule an appointment for her, the system indicates that the case number cannot be found.

My mother previously attended an interview a year ago, but due to the high volume of 221g requests, she is required to repeat the medical examination and interview process. I am unsure of who to contact or what steps to take to resolve this issue, as the system continues to display the error message.

Recently had my fiancee K1 visa approved and she will be coming here to the USA next month. I just had some questions on the process and filing of all related paperwork. What forms should I file and in what order so that she is able to legal stay and would be able to work as soon as she is legally allowed to? I am aware of the forms I-130 and I-485 but I wanted to make sure I am correctly filling them within the correct time frames and in the proper order. Also how are the fees for filing? Appreciate all advice and help from everyone. Thank you,
