Hello, Should this go in part 9 of the I-130, or as separate attachments? Ditto for previous petitions, there's only space for one, I have two. Also, do I have to write N/A or None in every non-relevant field, e.g., additional relatives I'm petitioning, translators, etc? Thanks!

So, it's coming up on 3 years in Oct. since our original filing. We were DQ'd finally in Dec 2023 after 2 years. NVC said interviews are typically scheduled within 90 days. Almost 8 months in and still waiting for that interview appointment. (We are in Philippines) We reached out to NVC and got the standard response. Reached out to Embassy in Manila. They opened a case, requested more information (same info I included in the first email). They responded the same day saying the case was at NVC and the case was now closed . Funny, but it's not. Just wanted to vent to those who understand...

All the documents have been accepted, fees have been paid, we initially applied over a year ago and now after inquiring about the status of our case this is what we have received::: Any info on how long NOW we have to wait for the interview in Manila ? To Whom it Concerns: This case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate provides the National Visa Center (NVC) with a list of available appointment dates and times. We will schedule your case for an interview appointment when an appointment date is available. We schedule appointments on a first in, first out basis. After we schedule your appointment, we will forward your case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General in MANILA We cannot predict how long it will take to schedule your appointment, but we will notify the applicant, the petitioner, and your attorney (if applicable) when an appointment is scheduled. Your case will stay at NVC until that time. For the most up-to-date information about the operating status of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate, please visit their website at https://usembassy.gov. Information about preparing for interview appointments is available at these website
