US Immigration from Norway

Hello! My husband s green card application was approved before his EAD. Do we need to withdraw his EAD application or anything?

Hello, I am in the process of getting my P1-A visa. I have earlier been granted a 10 year B1/B2 Visa (2017-2027) and I am a bit nervous.

I am going to the US as a athlete, but I do have a criminal record:

I did 40 hours of community service for a juvenile offence I did when I was 15/16 years old (2015). Do you think this could impact my visa interview? I have never done anything before that, or after that. Its literally my only crime ever.. I did get granted the B1/B2 without a problem, but would they maybe look deeper now since I am going there for 2 years employment?

I was uploading my civil documents yesterday and it asked for a police certificate from Germany (in addition to the one from Norway).

I am a Norwegian citizen, currently residing in Norway

I do not have a police certificate from Germany. I lived there from the 28th of July 2019 until the 17th of December 2019, for an exchange semester, and from my understanding I do not need one. Is this correct?

I wrote that in the comment section and put "document not available". Just double checking this, in case I need to start trying to obtain one.

We just got our NOA2 for the I-130 and I am starting to gather information and documents for the NVC stage.

I encountered this question: "Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"

Long story short, my husband and I got married through Utah virtual ceremony this January.

The next week I was trying to fly into the US and I had all the required documents. However, at the airport in Amsterdam, the woman at the gate looked at me and my papers and said they were not valid/legal and said she could not let me on the plane. She picked up the phone and called someone (I do not know who), and then she said she had spoken to someone in the US and that I was not allowed to board the flight.

I turned around, hopped on a flight to Aruba, stayed there for 14 days and entered the US without any problems.

In May this year, I again tried to fly to the US,, with the same documents and had no issues whatsoever.

So I assume I have to click yes on this question on the form. But how do I explain it? Writing "They did not think my marriage certificate was real" seems like a huge red flag.

Any input would be highly appreciated!

We just recently found out we are pregnant while my husbands AoS is pending! Just was wondering what alternatives were available other than my work insurance as it s very expensive for both me and baby to be on it! My husband is waiting on his green card interview.

just was wanting thoughts on possibly using CHIP for the baby when he/she is born. I qualify with my income. I just don t want anything to adversely affect my husbands immigration journey down the road ! If it will we will go another route.
