Hello, I am in the process of getting my P1-A visa. I have earlier been granted a 10 year B1/B2 Visa (2017-2027) and I am a bit nervous.

I am going to the US as a athlete, but I do have a criminal record:

I did 40 hours of community service for a juvenile offence I did when I was 15/16 years old (2015). Do you think this could impact my visa interview? I have never done anything before that, or after that. Its literally my only crime ever.. I did get granted the B1/B2 without a problem, but would they maybe look deeper now since I am going there for 2 years employment?

Cheers

It can affect it, of course.  All you can do is be completely transparent about what occurred, and provide the required police/court documents.

Assuming you disclosed it on the B application?  Were you not eligible for ESTA then?

I am a resident of Norway but I do not have a Norwegian passport, so ESTA doesnt apply to me anyway. Of course I told them on the B application - was no issue there and got it granted after literally 5 words with the guy behind the desk.

Also there is no court documents. I didnt get convicted in court, I went to the police my self and reported the incident, and I got the community service just by talking with a judge, (Judicial mediation kind of - there was no court or case like that, it was more of me accepting the community service because I understood I ###### up, and thats what says in the documents aswell)
