Hello fellow VJ. Please I need an advice. I and my Girlfriend(USC) haven t met in person due to the nature of her work (US army). We are planning to meet anytime this year but we don t know exact date. Is it advisable we both get married through Utah online marriage and wait until we finally meet and then apply for CR-1 or should we leave the online marriage until we meet?

Hi everyone, a little insight from the group. I have a family who needs some clarity on this issue. A mother filed for the husband and kids as a green card and they are now in the state as as green card holder. Shortly after the family joined, the wife became a usa citizen just like 5 month after the husband and kids already have their green card. Will the husband still wait for the normal 5yrs duration or the duration changes from 5yrs to 3yrs now before the husband can applies for his own citizenship? Thanks

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate if anyone as a Petitioner ever appeared at the US embassy in Nigeria with their Beneficiary can tell me if it is possible. I am planning to take another trip to Nigeria but thinking if the consulate allows petitioners presence, I could wait till he gets an appointment and I can make the trip around the time.

We're planning an anniversary party for my parents and I would love for my fiance to attend since I'm the only one out of my siblings with a SO living outside the US. If his tourist visa gets denied, will this negatively effect our K1 application? I don't want to take any risks. TIA!
