US Immigration from Italy

For the last couple of days my USCIS message on my status board reacts unavailable at this time can anyone tell me what it may mean

I currently have a 10 years green card that expires in 2031. At the time of my adjustment of status interview I was married to my US citizen husband for more than 2 years, but after the interview they wrongly sent me a green card that was expiring in 2 years. So, I filed a i90 and requested to replace the 2 year green card with a 10 year one, since the conditions shouldn't applied to me because when I became permanent resident I was married 2+ years. My i90 was approved and they sent me a new 10 years green card after a couple months and I have been using that one since. Today I received in the email a notice that says that I should apply to remove the conditions on my permanent resident card. Unfortunately, this was sent back in September but they had my old address on file (even if I filed an AR-11 as soon as I moved almost 2 years ago) and the notice got resent to right address only in January. What should I do? Should I contact USCIS? Or should I ignore the notice, since I have my 10 years green card?

I am afraid that in their system I am a conditional permanent resident and I am outside the time of filing for the removal of conditions. I have been a permanent resident since January 5, 2021.

Hi everyone,

2 years have passed since I received the GC. Few weeks ago I received the notice from both our lawyer and the USCIS to file for I-751.

This time, I would like to avoid having our lawyer supporting us in the process, simply because her rate is very high and for the Conditional GC, it cost us a lot of money. My husband and I do not have any red flag or any other potential issue to be aware of.

Would you recommend to file on our own? How easy/hard is to file for the I-751? Is it common to make any mistake in the process? I'd appreciate any recommendation and experience.

Hello there. We are in the process of completing our AOS application along with I-864 & I-765. My husband entered on a K1 and we married last month. I need confirmation. Will we be mailing our AOS packet to the Chicago Lock Box since we live IN California?

We sent our I-129F via certified mail and we have confirmation that they received our application on the 27th of December.

Today is the 4th of January and we still haven't got an e-mail receipt from them and the money has not been cashed yet. (We added the G-1145 and the G-1450 on the top of our packet).

We also thoroughly checked the application before sending it to make sure that everything is correct.

Is anybody else experiencing a similar delay??
