US Immigration from Indonesia

I'm adjusting from K1 visa and my interview will be next week. I dont get my EAD card yet. Which I believe at this point, I won't get my combo card. I practically got job offer , the employer really need me to start working ASAP. But wants me to be legally work. Let's say if I got my GC approved on the spot in my interview day, can I start to work the very next day ?

I originally started with a K1 visa, which was approved, my husband came we got married and started with the AOS, Advanced Parole and Work Permit application, however, he had to leave back to Indonesia before his Advanced Parole was approved, so now I am chaning to a CR1, spousal visa application. How do I start the new time line with the CR1, just make the change on line and all information with the K1 is deleted? Thanks

So, i am about to fill in my driver license form. There is a question regarding my mom maiden name. I am sure in future there will be these questions regarding this.

Problem is, my mom name is mononym. Our culture also doesn't have rules about last/family name or adopting husband family name.

I am currently in process for my GC. With this whole process, i fill out any form that requesting my mom maiden name with N/A and put her name as first name without middle and last name. Should i wrote the "one single word name" on the "mother maiden name?

My husband cant answer this question too....

My girlfriend is from Indonesia and she came here in December 2019. She flew to California and spent a couple weeks with her family. She then flew to Florida and helped a family friend at their restaurant. She got paid to help there and stay there for two months. I m at her in January 22 of 2020. We dated for a few weeks in Florida. Then she came to live with me in Michigan. She left in June 2020 Before her tourist visa expired.

She tried to come visit me on January 2021 but they confiscated her phone because she worked on a tourist visa and sent her back to Indonesia. But she is not Barred they just cancelled her visa.

should this info be include or in number 54?
what is everyone s advice.
we have lots of evidence of being together and she is an amazing woman. I spent 6 weeks in Indonesia with her and her family in April to June of 2021.

My husband went back to his country due to an emergency, (which did not rise to the level of USCIS emergency advance parole.) In any case, I wrote a letter to USCIS to withdraw the I485 and the work permit and advanced parole, so that then I can proceed to file for a spousal visa, my question is does anyone know how long USCIS will take to respond, we have checked online our status and still shows in progress. Thanks
