US Immigration from Hungary

I will be filing my i751 packet on July 5th as my conditional green card is expiring on September 28th, 2024. Planning on going to Mexico for a week long vacation with my wife in early October. Will I receive the extension letter prior to that and is it safe to book the vacation now? I will be entering Mexico with my foreign passport and have no visa requirements.

Came to the US a while ago, I am a naturalized US citizen.

My Hungarian passport is due to expire sometimes next year and wondering how to renew it.

My main concerns that I am sure I did not declared that I moved to the US and the bigger concern is that I am gay and married to a US citizen. Does the passport application form asks about it? Sure I did not register the marriage and for sure I think it is impossible since Hungary does not recognize gay marriage.

Sure I can use my US passport to enter Hungary, but I think as a citizen of Hungary I would need to use a Hungarian passport at the border control when entering Hungary.

Hungarian gays (or anybody who has some kind of experience about this were gay married is not allowed and the goverment wants to know your marital status before renewing your passport) pls unite and let me know if you were able to renew your passport while married to a man in the US.

I just recently got my IR1 visa approved and I'll be entering the US for the first time after the approval very soon. I booked my flight with Aer Lingus, however the API is offering me three options regarding passport or resident status, namely, "US Passport Holder", "Landed Resident" or "Non-Us Resident". Which one do I pick here from the latter of the two? If I choose landed resident, I'm offered to input either an Alien Registration Card Number or a Permanent Resident Card number. I do have a registration number on the visa I've received in my passport but I'm uncertain if it's the same number the API is asking me or no. I was under the impression that I don't become a LPR until I clear entry into the US anyway. I'll be going thru Dublin using the US Pre-clearance FWIW. Anyone knows the correct way to proceed?

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to cancel a social security (tarsadalombiztositas) online? I live in New York and came here with a K-1 visa Hungary keeps charging me for Social Security and the embassy provides me with 0 help with it and not sure how to eliminate it from Hungary.

My spouse applied for a reentry permit in December of 2022. We left the US in February. I know it takes a long time to process but let s say it takes two years to approve would it then be issued for an additional two years? So four years total from when he applied or do they count the time to approve against the validity of it? We re not sure how long exactly we are going to stay out of the US. Also, if we need additional time we have to go back and reapply for a new reentry permit from within the US, correct? I looked for some answers in the forum but didn t see exactly what I was looking for.
