Hi all - apologies for the hyperbole, but it s a bit of an emergency. I know the idea is that IR1 visa holders have to come to the US with or after the USC spouse. However, my wife and I are currently in transit and she has missed her flight (we re travelling separately). This means I will arrive in the US before her. Can I still go through immigration etc pending her arrival? Sorry for the urgency but I m actually sat in an airport right now, not knowing what to do. This is a bit of nightmare. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a question about renewing my driving license while the application of I751 is still pending. I noticed that the wait time for the application is at least 6 months (depending on which location you file your I751). My driving license expiration date is as same as the conditional green card which is next month in Feb 24th 2022. Is it a way to renew your driving license while your application is pending? I sent an application to remove the application is on Nov 26th 2021 (the earliest day I can submit the application to remove the conditional permanent residency). Thank you

My fianc currently lives in Hong Kong, and her parents have been trying to get her police records from mainland china for our k1 visa. Her dad spent 3 days waiting at the police after travelling back to their home city and needing to pay them ~$200, offer up many certificates, and interviewed her parents. After all of this, the year on her records was marked as 1995, when she was born in 1994. We feel this shouldn't be an issue, but out of concern with how strict immigration can be we tried to get them to fix this error and the police office refused to do anything about it at all. Her parents are getting frustrated needing to spend much of their holiday time helping their daughter move away, and honestly, we're both getting stressed over the immigration process. Could anyone offer some advice on if this time gap would cause any issues when she goes to her visa interview? Aside from the time period of her being a baby, it covers her entire time in china.

Hi guys, Is is possible to get a ref again? We got REF for AOS last month and are trying to come up with evidences that prove that my husband can support me without finding a joint sponsor (as none of his family members are USC or PR). Bur we are afraid that we might get another ref or rejection if USCIS deem our additional evidence is insufficient.. Thanks again for your help in advance..

Hi Visa Journey, Apologies if this has been asked before, I tried to search for an answer, but couldn't quite find it. We are currently in the process of uploading the documents to the CEAC portal, and with regards to the financial sponsors proof of US citizenship, we plan to upload a copy of their passport. I would like to clarify if by "copy", they mean a full scanned copy of the passport i.e. every page? Or just the page with the biographic information. As when we filed our I-130 petition, we had to submit a full copy of the passport. Kind Regards,
