I was wondering if anyone been denied for health reason. My husband had a biracial injury with his nerves ripped from his spinal cord. We been waiting a year now for the treatment . I was wondering why they denied it . He been needing medical attention. He had a dislocated shoulder for over a year but they been approving jobs . What else can we do to try speed this up ? Been 2 year now

Does anybody know of anybody using a copied doucument at interview? I dont have my original document from my divorce. Will they except a copy at the interview? (Senegal embassey) ir-1. and also i wanted to know if its a good thing to be promoted from cr-1 to ir1 or it doesnt help my case any?

I'm asking on behalf of a friend. He arrived in the United States in August 2021 thanks to his US citizen brother who petitioned for him. After they relocated, his Green Card was mailed to the address on file. They believed the address change was successful given they followed the guidelines. He is approaching his second anniversary in the United States without a physical Green Card. What should he do? Is there going to be a difficulty with changing his status?

Hi I have a question about receiving interview letter. I have been DQ'd since Jan. 31st. does any body know if there is away i can track an estimated time frame for IL? I have heard people say that they have been waiting for 2 or more years. And I have also heard people saying that they made there own interview date online and some say the embassy sent them their interview date. Im confused. Should I be making my own interview date or waiting for the embassy to send me an interview date?

I just a quick question about my taxes . Can I file jointly with my husband? I sent a w-7 with the taxes . I didn t sent it to the right department. Do I need have my husband on my taxes ? You can t file single . They say I need power of attorney. Thank you
