Covid Vaccine Availability in Colombia

Me and my fianc are pretty worried right now. She is from Colombia and the doctors won't see you for your pre interview medical appointment unless you're fully vaccinated. We are worried about the availability of vaccines in Colombia. She hasn't received her first dose of any vaccine, but we're worried if she gets the first one that the second dose will not be available when it comes time to get it, of whatever vaccine might be available now.

She has an appointment tomorrow and I've suggested to her unless the doctor can reassure her that there is plenty of supply for a second dose to just cancel it. I'm worried that we could be locking ourselves into, for example, Pfizer. Then possibly there will be plenty of Moderna vaccines in the future and no Pfizer availability in Colombia.

They weren't able to tell her over the phone which vaccine they have right now to give her tomorrow. If we have the choice we would prefer a single shot one so this isn't a concern, but does anyone know what the vaccine availability is in Colombia? Also considering flying her somewhere for the second dose when she can get it, whether that is in Colombia or somewhere else in South America.

There's just a lot going through my head right now and I'd appreciate any insight.

BE CAREFUL WITH DIGITAL SIGNATURES

I sent my papers to the NVC, the I-864 and I-864A. I wasn't sure about if I could sent digital signatures or they needed to be by hand. So I sent digital signatures for both documents. I didn't just pick a signature the computer gave me. I signed with my finger on my MAC. Surprisingly, my I-864 was accepted but my I-864A was rejected . When I submitted the documents, I was more worried about them not being able to open the documents than the digital signatures. My advice to be on the safe side: send original signatures. It might not apply for everybody but it did for me. Now let's hope they don't take 2 more months

We submitted our paperwork on 12/29/2020. We received our NOA 1 in April. Nothing since. I m starting to think that those of us who submitted paperwork during the COVID winter and then the Texas storms are just screwed. I ve seen various people who submitted their paperwork months after us already get their NOA2 and beyond.

Anyone else in our situation? Anyone able to shed some light on this? Wondering what to do. Very frustrated with no movement on this and feeling helpless.

Thanks.

how do I correct a mistake on form already filed

My wife is petitioning her mother. I filed a form I-130 electronically and when I printed out the submitted form I realized I had made a small (but significant) mistake. In the section 4 other information I mistakenly put 1947 when it should have been 1944, the rest of the information is fine. Even on section 2 my biographic information I entered the correct date of birth for my mother in law.

We sent a message trough the message center on my account and the answer was not very helpful suggesting that we upload a request to the adjudicator with some documents to back up the request throwing ourselves to the mercy of the adjudicator, and wait for a response:

"If the adjudicating officer does not grant your request, you may wish to file a new I-130 petition. If you do, you must wait until your present petition has been adjudicated. Alternatively, you could withdraw your current petition now, and file a new I-130 petition."

We finally got through on a phone call and, again were not very helpful, they provided me with a link (That I had to write down) to possibly be able to make modifications to. The link did not work. I am wondering if anybody knows this link or can indicate a path to remedy this situation

Thank you
