Comments : In transit on April 7th, Ready status on the 8th. Submitted DS-160 on the 8th. Requested the invoice number from the NVC, which was needed to submit the DS-160 payment. Received the invoice number on the 10th and submitted the payment. Tried to schedule the interview but there was only one available slot the following week which would not have given us time for the medical exam and biometrics. On the 11th, many slots opened up and we were able to schedule. There was a whole week with available appointments so I was able to choose which day of the week was best for us. We struggled with scheduling the medical appointment bc the doctor wanted a letter from the embassy and we hadn't received this yet. However, everyone was saying to send the emailed appointment confirmation and that worked. We went with Dr Roa. They scheduled the medical exam for us on March 15th for exactly one week later. A few hours later on the 15th, we received the instruction email from the embassy.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
