Hello! I have my medical appointment in less than a month and I am confused about the hep B requirement. The instructions from the immigration doctor for my age group require "2, 3, or 4 doses depending on vaccine or condition. A partial series is acceptable as long as the next injection in the series is not due at the time." I am confused on if I should get a hep b vaccination from my family doctor ASAP or not. I had 1 hep B vaccination in 2005 and I don't know if that counts for anything as it is so old. Is it best to go to my family doctor and get a hep b vaccine, or should I wail until I see the immigration doctor? I am worried about the timing of the doses and getting vaccinated too early or too late. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Will this be an issue at all? I'm thinking no, since even people who are pending can visit no problem. Context: Back in 2021, a written request (from the petitioner) was made to cancel the I129F visa (it got approved to NOA2 stage at the time). Fast forward til now, heading to asia for a month long trip but need to go from Canada to US to Asia. Hoping it won't be a problem. I also have a copy of the termination letter on my phone in case they ask. Just wondering if they will question or give me a hard time at all.

In two weeks, my family and I have a medical exam scheduled. We recently discovered new requirements for Hepatitis A and B vaccinations, with three doses needed for Hepatitis B and two for Hepatitis A. Unfortunately, we have not received the vaccinations yet, and even if we were to receive one shot now, it wouldn't be possible to receive all the doses in such a short amount of time (typically 6-12 months apart). Has anyone else been in a similar situation??

My husband and i begin our i130 application journey in June 2021, after waiting 2 years i got my interview April 2023. Side note we have been married for 14 years and have a daughter together . I got 221g at the interview due to not receiving Fiji Police report , i had my Canadian one but not from Fiji. The interviewer officer told me they will contact the Fiji Embassy to see if they received my Fiji report if they or I are unable to get the report she will waive the police report required. Back story about my situation: I moved to Canada in 1995 , i haven't been back since then. However i asked my niece who was visiting Fiji in August 2022 to help me get the police report. With her i sent in funds , fingers prints and necessary documents. After waited few hours at the Police station in Fiji an office took the fees and the documents in return gave her receipt . She took a picture of the receipt so she can send it to me for my future reference. When i got my notification about my interview date i emailed the Fiji police 4 times never got an answer . Now its September 2nd so far i have been in contact with US embassy in Montreal. I also emailed Fiji police another 3 times after April 2023 (interview date) and no reply . On the email to US embassy i asked if i can now get a police report waive since been over 4 months they emailed me back saying " We have contacted the U.S. Embassy in Fiji to request an update on this process, and will contact you with further instructions as soon as we can." Now my question is how long and what is the process for a waive like this?
