My petitioner fianc e has a second small job that she does via an app on the phone (Rover, to be exact). She gets taxed for it (obtains a 1099-k) past $600 (which she makes), will she need to put this job in the i-134? Also, there is no contact address for this job nor can she obtain an employment letter from it. Should we even bother adding it? If so, what do we put in as we fill the i134? And what evidence do we attach from it? She does have a main job, which we filled out for already and have supporting tax documentation and employment documentation.

Hi All, Can anyone give a current estimate of the wait time between DQ to received your interview letter for IR-1/CR-1 Spouse Visa in Montreal? It looks like earlier in the year it was closer to 3-4 months but wondering if anyone has any estimates?

Hi all, I am pretty new to the immigration process so I was hoping somebody here can share their insight. I just signed the contract with a hospital in the states and my official start date is July 2024. Their in house attorney is going to work on my h1B visa on Jan 2024 and I am just curious if that is enough time for my petition to processed so I can start on time. I am a Canadian physician.

i'm doing at I-130 for both parents too and they are tracking differently. Did you wait on the second approval before doing the NVC actions for the first parent that got approved? Any tips/things to keep in mind for someone else going through this for their parents? Thanks!

Hi there, We accidentally wrongly filed an i90 instead of a i751 and are now filing the i751 6 months late with cover letter explaining the mistake. We had planned to travel outside of the country but now are concerned with the possibility of not having the receipt from i751 when reentering the country in 6 weeks. The i90 receipt does say that the green card extends for 2 years, but this was obviously not the correct form to file and will be rejected eventually. Does anyone know if my wife would be kept from entering the country if we did not yet have the i751 receipt? Thanks so much!
