I think they might! It says on my contract that they will cover any optional process including premium processing, I completely overlook this

Not sure if it’s cap exempt but the hospital itself is non-profit, how do I find out more if the hospital is cap exempt or not?

Hi all, I am pretty new to the immigration process so I was hoping somebody here can share their insight. I just signed the contract with a hospital in the states and my official start date is July 2024. Their in house attorney is going to work on my h1B visa on Jan 2024 and I am just curious if that is enough time for my petition to processed so I can start on time. I am a Canadian physician.
