US Immigration from Canada

Hi, my mother and I both were interviewed at Montreal consulate and she was approved while I was instructed to submit waiver for vaccination. It has been about a year since I have done so and paid fees but I never heard back. When I try to check my status on CEAC it just says "refused" and it has said this since the interview. Never updated or acknowledged my i-601. Any advice on how to check my status of i-601?

My husband (USC) and I live together in Canada. I applied for Canadian citizenship earlier this year and will be receiving it in the next couple of weeks. We applied for my US spousal visa back in June with my old passport (different citizenship) and wanted to know what the process is of notifying USCIS of my change in citizenship? And when I do contact them should I do it with just my proof of citizenship paper or once I apply and recieve my Canadian passport?

I just paid the $220 immigration fee online -- and they "strongly recommend" I change my address in the USCIS portal to ensure that I receive my green card. (They do have the correct address that I gave them at the time of interview...)

I'm confused, though -- the USCIS account is under my husband's name as he is my petitioner... (which I can't seem to change) and it's asking for my A# and case #.

But it's under HIS name. So it looks like HE'S the immigrant?

Am I doing this wrong?

I'm a Canadian citizen who was granted a 6-month stay in the U.S. Unfortunately, I overstayed by 1 month and 3 weeks. In september of 2023, I received a Withdrawal of Application by an immigration officer, who assured me that there wouldn't be any consequences later on and treated it more as a verbal warning. They advised me to return once I had stronger ties to Canada and a return ticket in hand.

I'm currently in the process of a K1 visa application and am concerned about potential implications during the future K1 interview. I'm uncertain about the timeline for a safe return to the U.S and I'm aware that there is no specific timeframe set for when I can go back.

My plan is to return to the U.S. for a short visit of 2 weeks to celebrate holidays with FIL and celebrate our engagement since we haven't been able to yet. I will have a return ticket, and will be able to show strong ties to Canada (employment, housing, bank statements, etc). I appreciate any guidance or information you can share.

I have seen some posts about this topic but don't know how to find it. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me.

My CEAC status was updated yesterday, but it is still set as "refused." I had to send our passports with supporting documents, so I'm unsure what it means now.
