| NBC = Chicago national office? |

This is probably a silly question but is Chicago National Office the same thing as National Benefits Center (Lee s Summit MO)? Just received my NOA1s for AOS, AP, and EAD. Receipt numbers all start with IOE. I know AOS will likely be transferred to a field office for biometrics/interview but from my understanding the majority of EAD/AP stay at the National benefits center. The bottom of my receipt letter also says National Benefit Center, with a lockbox location in Lee s Summit, MO. However when I went to update my timeline on VisaJourney NBC isn t an option on the drop down menu. Is Chicago national office correct in my case? Or am I supposed to select another office on my timeline on this site?

I have a quick question regarding the DS160 form. From the day the form becomes available for me to file how long can I wait before submitting it? I know it's valid for 30 days to submit after starting it. But I want to know how long I can wait before starting it? Would it be possible for me to delay starting it for a month or two?

| Experience renewing O-1 with pending AOS? |

Does anyone have experience trying to renew an O-1 visa with a pending AOS? I have consulted with two different immigration lawyers about this and both agree it may or may not be renewed because the O-1 is sort of a grey area when it comes to dual intent. I've had an O-1 for several years and it's at the point where I need to reapply annually, so the timing is difficult given that wait times for an EAD can be almost a year. Wondering if anyone can share personal experience with this.

Hello, I applied for US visa couple years ago with the Canada Refugee Travel document. Officer insulted me for crossing the border even though I had the reasons to do so then gave me this letter. I have checked their website, there are so many things going on about section and I am a bit confused. Can someone please clear this out for me? Is there chance that I can waive this? Thank you
