Co Sponsor income requirement AOS

I'm currently at the Adjustment of Status process, and I need some guidance regarding the income requirements.

My fianc has his father as my co-sponsor for AOS, but he is short 3000$ on his most recent tax return (2023) for the poverty guidelines required by USCIS.

However, my fianc 's father secured a new job with an annual salary of $50,000. We're now unsure how to properly document and present this new income to USCIS during the AOS process since his tax returns show a different income.

It was recently brought up on a different thread that the I-693 has had it's expiration extended from 6mo to 2yr.

For medicals received prior to an interview, I'm assuming the visa will be issued with an expiration for 6 months from the interview date. I don't believe it has changed for medicals received after the interview.

Havn't received my kids' green card

I hope someone can help me. I immigrated to the US with my kids in February 2024 and received my green card at the end of March, but my kids have not received theirs yet. Where can I follow up? I tried to do it on the USCIS website, but it won't let me submit with the choice of I-90!

I would appreciate it if anyone could help.

My husband makes more than enough to meet the income requirements, but he was unemployed for the first 3 months of 2024.

All of our NVC documents were approved last week. We got an additional message in the inbox -

"The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos and https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: * Other income * Assets * Proof of current employment Note: You submitted documentation to the National Visa Center through the Consular Electronic Application Center CEAC. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview."

My understanding is we do not NEED a joint sponsor but it would help our case. Unfortunately we have no one to ask for such a big request.

Has anyone received this message? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
