anyone here who has a Filipina Beneficiary and were you required a CENOMAR? Mine was issued June 2023 and they said it has a validity of 6 months, mine doesn't have any expiry stated on the paper but only the date I requested for the document.

i really dont know if i should include it for the I-129F petition (I know i can still request for a new one but it might take some time)

me and my fianc have been together for long but we were in long distance relationship and due to covid delays we met in Canada and he visited from the US. He didn't see my family in person but they know each other very well.

is it ok if I put in the proof of relationship/in person meeting the screenshots of our engagement announcement to our family via videocall? Thanks!

i plan to put the screenshots after the page where i put our official engagement photos.

Hi guys! My fianc , the petitioner has Jr in his birth certificate but his passport and drivers license omit his suffix, what do we have to do or put in the I-129F form? Do we use the JR next to his last name and go with what's written on his birthday certificate?

I divorced my ex-husband in 2017. My 10-year green card is in that last name. I am remarried now and would like to change my name to my current husband. I have requested this name change through USCIS but unsure if I can start changing my name on other documents such as social security card, driver's license, etc.

I do not want to apply for citizenship at this time which is why I requested the name change to my current green card (I know it will cost more money in the long run and I am OK with that).

As long as my passport and green card remain the same, can I change all other documents? Or is it also ok to change my passport knowing they may not match until the updated green card is approved. I would travel with my marriage certificate.

HI, I am Canadian living USA, I have a green card, and will cross by land to go Visit family in Canada. Do I need a passport to enter in Canada from USA?
