Hello, my fianc e and I were notified that our case had moved from the NVC to the embassy in early March. We have still not received any communication from the embassy about our P3 instructions. Because of this, I emailed them a week ago, asking if and when they sent out our P3 instructions. I received an email back stating they were sent to us on March 23, 2021. It is now April 22, nearly a month later and we haven't seen anything. I emailed the embassy to tell them this and confirm the address it was mailed to. My question is, for anyone else who is also waiting or has waited for these instructions in the past: does it normally take this long? Thank you for your comments and help.

Our Case is F4 Initial interview was in Nov 2019. We got 221g for petitioner domicile. We were asked to establish petitioner domicile. So buying house opening bank accounts ID credit card and other items took 3-4 month. We submitted our docs in April 2020 ban was in force. We gto a reply from consulate in Dec 2020 that our Docs were accepted and we were asked to refill DS-260 on CEAC. It has additional question than our original submission. Our recent timeline is as follows: Mar 8: Sent an enquiry to Embassy about case status. Apr 12 Embassy requested New Medicals and Photographs (via CEAC upload) Apr 16 : Medical were completed Apr 22 : Medical package was received from Wilcare I saw two status updates on CEAC. Once on Apr 12th and other today on Apr 22nd. It still say refused. Can some one share their experience after submitting 2nd medical to Islamabad embassy and how updates work on CEAC? An when can we expect to receive visa. Thank you,

Although I am 36 years old, I do not know how to drive... Pretty shocking, I know, but I lived the majority of my adult life in Singapore where owning a car is both superfluous and ridiculously expensive (at least 10 times as much as in North America). I moved to Toronto, Canada in 2018 and am in the process of obtaining my CR1 visa. I have managed without a car in Toronto, but I am moving to a small town in NH, US probably in early 2021 (when my visa arrives). I will absolutely need to drive there. I am wondering if there is anything I can do while I wait for my visa towards getting a driving licence in the US? I can take the written test, get a G1 licence, and take classes. But as Canadians know, it takes atleast 2 years to get to a G licence. I don't think I would even have enough time to get to a G1 road test to get a G2 licence. So my question is - can a G1 licence be transferred to the US, or is there no point in doing anything now, and just wait until I move to start the process of getting a licence there.

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone had any insight when the Toronto consulate will be scheduling interviews for non-immigrant visas? I submitted my application in Dec 2020 and my wife (TN Visa) is currently in the US and I have a running business in the US that needs my attention, we have a business in the UK and the US (if that helps). I was wondering if anyone could provide any advice at this point as If I don't hear anything back by the end of July for the E2 visa, I will need to come up with another plan as I need to get to the US to start running this new business. Thanks, Stas

I was going to apply for citizenship back in january but so many things came up that the money had to sadly be used for other things. now as of end of April I will have enough money to apply for the N-400. So my questions this what info do I need to put on the N-400? Does anyone have a table on contents I can use as a reference? pretty much I am close to the end of the journey so I wanna make sure I do everything right so don't have to worry about RFE's or denials . any help will be appreciated please and thank you !
