US Immigration from Canada

Hey there,

I'm a Canadian applicant of a K1 Visa with intent to immigrate to the US. My fiancee and I received our NVC Case # Mid-March 2021, and have been waiting to receive our email/letter. But when I go to ceac.state.gov.iv to check my application status, the only thing it shows is instruction to fill out a DS-160. Is this normal?

I am starting to get ready to apply for removal of conditions which opens up late June for me. My first question is, my husband makes a good amount of money and therefore, we decided together that I could be a stay at home wife and take care of the house and our large dogs for our marriage so far. Would this be a problem?

Secondly, I wanted an opinion on the amount of evidence we have. I would love to not be called for an interview again lol, so I would love to overload with evidence.

-state ID and license showing the same address

-three different leases with both our names

-joint car insurance

-joint rental insurance

-life insurance policy showing I am the beneficiary to my husband

-joint phone account

-joint tax returns (two years worth)

-photos

-affidavit from friend signing our marriage to be true

-joint bank account with activity from several years worth

-joint credit card accounts

-utility bills with both our names

We used to have medical insurance which we showed as evidence during our initial application, but we recently got rid of it.

Hi! I just received a letter back from my child trying to get their passport. It said that this was needed. I am not sure how to send them the correct information. My boys last name is their Dad s middle name (their Dad is Hispanic and he wanted them to take the middle name (his dads last name) instead of his last name (his moms last name). At first I thought they were needing this information about me since I am remarried. How would I give the information to them? All of his id says the same thing?

Hoping to get some insight regarding the scheduling of the I-751 interview. My wife's case status was updated to "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" about a month ago. Heard reports that cases can be in this status for up to a year or longer. Is this true? I know for her CR-1 application was in "ready for interview" to being scheduled in less than a month I feel like.

Side note: My wife will have been a PR for the 3 year requirement next month. Is she eligible to apply for citizenship while her I-751 is still pending? Or do we need to wait for that to be approved and closed out before we can submit the paperwork to begin the citizenship process?

Any insight would be a huge help!

So we received 4 NOA 1 in 4 separate envelopes from the National Benefits Center. ( 130, 131, 765, 485) I assumed the Chicago Lockbox sent it there. Does that mean that's where the entire file is being processed ? Or will they seperate the application and send them to different locations to be processed?
