US Immigration from Canada

My CEAC status changed from refused to issued recently but I m still confused as to what it means.

Hey everyone! I have a question, I apologize if it s dumb but I haven t been able to find the answer. I m hoping to get an interview soon, DQ oct 6 so next in line and I m figuring out everything for the move. I ve decided I m not going to import my car right away (or possibly at all) because I need a new car soon anyways. But I m wondering if I don t import my canadian car (I know I can drive it up to a year without importing) can I still register it in the USA? I plan to bring it back to my parents within the year after the move to sell it back up here, then buy a new car in North Dakota where I ll be living. Again I don t know if this is a silly question, any insight welcome, thanks!

So my fiancee and I started off with the K1 visa back in 2019, we got approved in 2020 in the mist covid restrictions....We then joined the popular lawsuit and as plaintiffs our case moved fast to consular. However my fiance was already in the USA on a B2 visa....we deliberated and decided that we get married and go ahead with adjustment of status from B2. We wrote the consular and NVC to inform them that we want our K1 petition withdrawn because we got married. The consular responded that they want us to send them a copy of our marriage certificate before they can cancel the petition. I have since been thinking what will happen if we dont send it?...or am I just overthinking the whole thing. Helpful thoughts on this only please and thanks in advance

Tried to do some reading on this, and it seems like the marriage-based N-400 application under the 3-year rule is sort of like an I-751, except you need some more documents. Am I misreading?

We need to submit the same bank statements, except a whole extra year of them; the same bills, except more of them and more current; the same joint property, except more recent statements, and so on?

Or is it more of a, "here are my three most recent joint transcripts, property deed, car titles, insurance, latest joint account statement" and has nothing to do with the since-date-of-marriage concept?

Side note - since it can be filed online, is there a document size limit? And do I really have to physically print all bank statements, if that's needed, and bring them to the interview for the extreme off chance that's something the officer wants to see?

Hi there, I applied for ROC in early July and got the enotification text that my case was received by USCIS. How long will it take to get the extension letter in the mail? Its been about two-three weeks since I sent in the package and about a week since I got the enotification text.
