US Immigration from Canada

Hi there,

My husband and I are currently completing out I-130 + I-485 AOS application. (He is the US citizen, I am Canadian and currently in the US on a B2 visa) I'm looking for some guidance while filling out form I-485.

For the section regarding my last 5 years of employment history ... do you consider my last day of work to be the day that I chose to come to the states? Or my last day of work? (Although I was initially coming to the US a visitor, plans changed and I now am going to be applying for a greencard)

Just looking for more info/specifics that others in my shoes chose to put down on their application?

Would expediting at NVC stage get us an interview faster, or just get us DQ faster, and then we would fall in line still by DQ dates?

I have heard they ask the typical COVID screening questions at the door but only mention of it was a post from April. My interview if after August 9th (new COVID restrictions for fully vaxxed) and wondering if I will be let in the consulate if fully vaxxed and have been out of the country within 14 days .

any recent interviews in Montreal hear the screening q s?

This question may have been asked previously but does anyone have had any experience of taking a Canada plated car to US and converting to a US license plate? Is it a complicated process? And what are the fees involved. Thanks

For those who applied for the SSN in person; do you get the number right away (I have a few jobs interviews coming and I'd like to be added on my wife health insurance ASAP) or do you have to wait for the card in the mail to get the actual number ? I intend to apply in person, since I did not check the option in the DS260 form.
