US Immigration from Canada

Hello

I have just finished my biometrics appointment for I751 lifting of conditions on my green card. It took 11 months to get that biometric appointment. I came here on a K-1 fiance Visa. I have been married to the same person (happily) and living in the USA now for almost 4 1/2 years. By December 22, 2021 I will have had my greencard for 3 year's. So my question is if by the date this I-751 process is still not fully completed can I at that time apply for citizenship? If so, how will it affect the process? Will it create confusion? The wait time is so long and if it is the correct way of doing things would like to apply asap because of the lengthy wait.

Sorry if this posted else I just couldn't find it. applying for CR1 for my wife who is a Canadian citizen. we were DQ on 02-22-2021. does anyone know where to find out how long its taking for the case to be transferred over to consulate (MONTREAL).

Our daughter was just born so need I need to update the ds-260, should I do it after I receive her CBRA and US passport? I have a consulate appointment in Toronto for that next week.

I m flying to California for my wedding ceremony in a couple weeks, we are already married legally due to my K1 approved before we thought it would so our wedding ceremony planning timing was a bit off (K1 ran out on August 8th, we got married in July).

I m a UK citizen so we re part of the VWP, do I need to apply for an ESTA to fly to California?

We ve already applied for AOS, I have my receipt notice letters for all 3 of my applications (I-485, travel parole & work authorization), marriage certificate, K1 is still in my passport & I have my original I-94 even though both are now expired.

If I do need to apply will it affect my AOS processing?
If not, what proof should I bring with me when I fly?

I am Canadian citizen and living here for past 20 years, my wife is US citizen. I got a laminated birth certificate from my parents few years ago, which I have translated and notarized by a lawyer in Toronto.

I don't have anyone in india to help me and to get the original record without laminated is now nearly impossible because in 80s i dont even know if this was stored in a digital database. I tried calling few places back home but obviously no good response.

I have uploaded everything to NVC, waiting for their verification. But my question is in person interview, do you think they will give me a hard time with my laminated old birth certificate? I have original school leaving certificate and plan to take my parents affidavit as well.

I just need some advice if while I wait for my interview if I should book a ticket to india and try to get this thing or wait it out and see if they ask me.
