US Immigration from Canada

My wife filed for ROC in September of 2021 and received the 24 month extension letter. The original green card expired on December 2nd of this year. Today we made a trip up to Canada thru a land border. First trip out of the US since the expiration of the original green card. We got pulled into secondary and were initially told there had been unauthorized use of her Nexus card. In the end what the real problem was, is the expiration of the green card was flagged in the system. Initially was surprised Canada would care since it s a US immigration thing not a Canadian one, the Green card isn t a supporting document like a DL or Passport and she s a Canadian citizen. Just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them. Also wondering if I should go into the nexus account and update the green card to a 2023 expiration. I guess it s true since have extension letter and you can update the date with out the need of going into an enrollment center. I may have answered my own question but never seen it addressed here before on this forum. Thanks

This might be a silly question but I really can't find it, my visa status is issued: Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than five (5) working days, please go to http://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/us_courrier_information to track your courier waybill.

But the link they provided isn't working, I am able to login if I use google chrome instead of safari but even then I do not see any indication of where to find the number? Maybe I just need to be more patient lol

Hey guys, I should be getting my passport returned next week and am planning my immigration to the states for January! I have decided to keep my Canadian bank account open for the time being because I think it makes the most sense but obviously I am going to transfer almost all of my money to a new account when I open one in the USA. Does anyone know what the easiest way would be to transfer all of my CAD to USD? should I do anything before I make the move or wait till my new account is opened? thanks

I received my I 797 C letter in the mail today and my interview is scheduled. I've looked online and around the VJ site for an answer to this. The I 797 C letter I received today does not have my wife's name on it but the original I 797 letter does. Does my wife need to come to the interview with me ?
