US Immigration from Canada

I have a fiance from Canada who is going to come to the USA to live with me.

I-129F has been arrived at the Dallas USCIS today 1/24.

How long does it take in average for her to get K-1 visa, if there is no issue with the application?

I'm e-filing I-130 and my wife's child was born out of wedlock. Birth father is not listed on the child's birth certificate.

On the I-130 instuctions, it says:

A child born out of wedlock and you are the father: Submit evidence that you and the mother were married
while the child was under 18 years of age, or submit evidence that the child was legitimated under the law of the
child s residence or domicile, or under the law of your residence or domicile, before the child reached 18 years of
age. If your child was not legitimated before reaching 18 years of age, you must file your petition with copies of
evidence that a bona fide parent-child relationship existed between you and the child before the child reached 21
years of age. This may include evidence that you lived with the child, supported him or her, or otherwise showed
continuing parental interest in the child s welfare.

We can easily document the first part in bold (marriage certificate + child's birth certificate). The 2nd part of that sentence after the "or" doesn't apply. Then it goes into the underlined part - do we need to provide that evidence too? I'm not entirely sure what that means. Thanks in advance for any help.

Quick question in regards to filling out the ds-160.

When filling out the previous travel information it asks you if you have ever traveled to the United States (which i have to stay with my fianc ). Now the next question asks "Have you ever been issued a U.S Visa"

Now looking at my recent 1-94 it states (Class Of Submission: B2) is the B2 classified as a "U.S Visa"?

I'm not sure if aim suppose to select yes or no here since I've only ever gone down there to see my fianc and it was always as a "Tourist" when entering the United states.

My fiance (petitioner) just filed I-129F...can I visit US while waiting for it to get approved?

I have a question about if I need a new medical. I moved to the US in Dec 2020 with a K1 visa, two weeks before my medical expired. I applied for the AOS in March 2021. I thought that I didn't need a new medical because it was within a year of my K1 medical being expired. I received an RFE notice after I submitted my AOS application. I FINALLY got my interview scheduled for next month and in the interview notice it says that it could be that I just need my vaccination records reviewed again or I could need a whole new medical. How do I tell which I need? How do I find a doctor to do this medical?
