US Immigration from Canada

I will be traveling alone to USA from Canada to activate my Immigrant Visa which was issued last month. My family still stays in Canada.

I need to return to Canada for few months to close out the sale of our primary residence, wrap up all loose ends and ship our belongings before the final move.

Do I need to prepare a list of belongings that would follow and submit during my immigration (activation of GC) at the port of entry? Or I just return and prepare my list and show the CBP officer when we are making the final move.

Please share your experience.

Is history of cancer an issue and make a parent inadmissible due to medical grounds if mom has history of cancer treatment?

Didn't see a June 2022 N-400 Filers group, so thought I'd start it.

Also, saw some folks saying they had issues at interview if they filed the first day of their 90-day early filing window. Anyone else have that issue? Since last week, I also received an update that my pending I-751 has been transferred, assuming to the local office that will process the N-400.

For report of marriage in US we had to go to the New York City consulate due to us being married and living in Pennsylvania. Washington DC would've been closer and easier but somewhere we were instructed we had to go to NYC.

Now we need to go again for an affidavit of support and consent and special power of attorney for a minor child getting a new Philippines passport. Can we go to any Philippines consulate or embassy for that, or is it based on state like the record of marriage?
