US Immigration from Canada

Almost finished filling out the i-485, just needed some clarification (for sanity reasons lol)

Question 4: Priority date from underlying petition. From what i have read the date should be what is stated on your NOA1. All though there is a slot for priority date there is nothing listed there. So do i put RECIEVED DATE or NOTICE DATE?

Question 3: How many times have you been married: I may just be over thinking this but my Wife and I are now married since entering on a K1 Visa !!! YAY. I'm assuming that i would put 1 there now or is the questions just referring to other marriages not including the most recent one?

Question 23.a.: Place of last arrival into the united states. This one is were I'm very confused. as stated in the i-485 guideline (in pictures). I checked my i-94 and it doesn't state anything on there, so i checked my most recent travel history and the most recent states TYPE: ARRIVAL, LOCATION: TOR. so do i list Toronto as my place of last arrival into the united states? Reason I'm confused is because in the guideline it says that it should be a US location. but none of my travel history or i-94 lists a US Location. My travel was from Toronto, Canada to Charlotte, NC, to, Montgomery, AL. Also just a quick edit to this I handed my Seal k-1 Visa packet to CBP at the Toronto airport and was than issues the Visa at Toronto with the stamp in my passport if that helps clarify this question.

Just had some quick questions regarding form I-485

In the pictures i check marked K-1 visa because that was the visa i entered the US on. Now my question is regarding Part 2: Question: 2 "are you applying for adjustment based on the immigration and nationality act" do i answer yes to this?

and if i have to select yes. what exactly does it mean "fill out the rest of this application and supplement A to form I-485, adjustment of status under section 245(i)"

Im assuming "NO" because i entered the US legally on a k1 visa and the 245(i) from what i understand is for those who did not enter legally.

I got DQ yesterday for my IR1, and my daughters IR2 got an FE to which I uploaded the missing document immediately after.

I imagine our interviews will now be on different dates Is she going to have to go alone into the consulate for hers? She s 16.

I haven t had a review done on my documents but it will probably be in the next few days.

They did review my daughters ir2, she is 16. I got an FE for not submitting my marriage certificate on her civil docs. I sent it in right after I got the email I didn t realize I needed to upload that on her ceac as well.

Should I also be uploading my divorce certificate and my husbands divorce certificate from our previous marriages on my daughters too??

I haven't heard from my ir1 yet, but got FE for my 16 year olds ir2. I didn't upload my marriage certificate under her ceac (I did for mine though). How do I upload it? Under additional documents? Since I don't see anywhere to upload required ones? Im so mad at myself right now!
