Hi everyone, we’re ir1 and ir2.

I haven’t had a review done on my documents but it will probably be in the next few days.

They did review my daughters ir2, she is 16. I got an FE for not submitting my marriage certificate on her civil docs. I sent it in right after I got the email 🥺  I didn’t realize I needed to upload that on her ceac as well.

Should I also be uploading my divorce certificate and my husbands divorce certificate from our previous marriages on my daughters too??

It wouldn't hurt.  Note that your marriage certificate to your current spouse is needed to establish that she is his stepdaughter.

We only submitted what was asked which was the marriage certificate.  Both kids were approved shortly there after.  As pushbrk noted, the stepparent/stepchild relationship is established by the marriage certificate.

May I ask how shortly after you submitted it that it was approved? I sent the document on Thursday and submitted, right after getting the email
