Hi everyone

I will have a combo interview next week. Appreciate if anyone can give me feedback about my documents. Also, I have two more

questions

So my supporting documents (beside the required ones)

-House deeds from county website

-House mortgage from county website

-Some apartment leases before buying house

-Joint bank account statements

-Joint stock investment

-Tax transcript (2020 to 2022) joint filing

-Health insurance, IRA showing beneficiaries

-Driving licenses showing same addresses

-Vaccine cards

-Pictures with family and friends and our cats (not many as we don't like photos lol)

-Flight tickets

My questions are

1. I included a joint car title when submitting i751 in 2021. Now we moved to a new state. My husband had to get a new plate as he had an emergency trip. I was not there so the new title is only in his name. It would be so expensive to add my name (equivalent to get a new plate) so we just left it there. Would it be a trouble for us?

2. Due to many reasons, we didn't have a wedding just a civil one. Would the officer care?

3. Do we need to get W2?

Thanks a lot everyone!!

Received two RFEs in mail, only one posted in myUSCIS - how to respond?

I recently received two individual RFEs in the mail, both dated May 30, each in their own envelope. I thought this was a bit unusual.

-One RFE is asking for proof of marital life since our wedding.

-The other RFE is asking for a copy of my husband's birth certificate (which we did include in the initial application, but w/e)

Both RFE letters mention that I can either upload the evidence online or mail it in.

However, logging into myUSCIS, only the RFE for proof of marital life is posted. There is clearly a "respond to notice" action next to the document link.

Ideally I would like to respond to both online, but since it looks like you have to do this by clicking on the adjacent "respond to notice" action, and there isn't anything posted there for the other RFE, I'm not sure I can do this.

The other option is obviously to send them in by mail, but I am not sure how to do that in a way that meets USCIS' approval. Can I send both RFEs in one packet or should I mail them in separately?

Or, should I respond to the marital life one online and send the other in via mail? I know I'm likely overthinking this, but I don't want to risk the birth certificate RFE somehow getting lost through the cracks. Can anyone advise how I should respond to the RFEs, or maybe someone has been in a similar situation.

We will be using a joint sponsor for our k1 visa. We sent in the k1 packet early may but we didn't include form i-864. If we are not meeting the income requirements will will we get denied on the NOA2? Should we send in the joint sponsorship form now?

Reschedule appointment at Montreal and other changes in conditions

CR1 applicant. I have missed my appointment at Montreal embassy and sent them a request via the US DOS website. They accepted my request and I received a notification that I can re-schedule my appointment now. Everyday when I log into the website it says no appointments available. Is there a hack to this?

Further, I have two major changes happen since we submitted the documents at NVC stage. 1. The petitioner (my husband) moved to Canada as a PR and started living with me. The intention was that this is temporary and once we get through the US immigration process we would go back to US. I have read through the domicile requirements and understand that we need to prove that he intends to re establish his domicile by the time I move. We have bank accounts, active US credit cards, investments, emails to potential employers etc. We can also ask his father to document that we will live with him when we move. 2. I have become a Canadian citizen. When we started the application I was an Indian citizen and used my Indian passport details. Now that I am a Canadian I need to give up my Indian citizenship (india doesn t allow dual). I would like to use my Canadian passport for the green card stamping when I go for the interview.

I am wondering at this point do I have to send info about these two changes to Montreal embassy in advance of rescheduling the interview ? If yes, to whom, and if I can ask them to reschedule the interview for me as I am not able to find any availability?

I have not completed my medical, and would need the interview scheduled at least a few weeks out to be able to complete that. So far I haven t seen any appointment become available, but wondering if they become available on shorter notice.

thanks

Hello house. My spouse submitted an application in December 2022 to file for me and we had our baby in 2023. We mentioned in the application that we we re expecting a baby and attached scans as proof. Our baby does not require a visa to visit the US.

What do you advise? Should we

1. Send an additional documentation to add our baby to the application?( I m not sure how this is done. If yes, how do we go about this?)

2. Should we wait till my application is all complete so we can do an adjustment of status for the baby when we relocate to the US since he can enter the US with his passport as a visitor without requiring a visa?

Thanks
