  1. I’m done ✅ 3,5 years from 1st paper to last🎉🎉🎉🎉
  2. Yes I saw it! But it's about what you can BRING to interview! He/She cut the first sentence. But we talking about what is the reason to upload more not required documents. If you open official document Document Check list N400 you can see □ Documents referring to you and your spouse: a. Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children; OR b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past 3 years; OR c. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years. They don't need all that documents!
  3. Why you cut the first sentence? Bring the following items to your interview If you check my previous messages you can see i told about it....
  4. If you already uploaded the required document( #4 in Instruction) or...or... or... you don't need to uploaded more! If you uploaded Tax return transcript you don't need to upload bank statement.
  5. Again. You MUST provide evidence of bona fide which they ask for in instruction N-400 and interview letter (without touching I-751). It's not about you bank statements or TV bill, or Lease agreement. IO don't care about it, and why that is not required. That part belong to ROC process Don't give more information about yourself than they ask. If they need additional evidence they can ask about it through RFE or interview. No need to create additional work for officers and waist their time to check your electricity bill. What Im talking about.
  6. Required documents are specified the instructions of the form N400, also in the letter with the date of the interview, you can find a list of required documents. You can bring all other documents if you deem it necessary but uploading them to naturalisation petition doesn’t make any sense. Naturalization process it’s not about your bona fide marriage. I-751 - is about it!
  7. Imagine a situation when an officer opens your case to check your documents and schedule an interview, and instead of 5 required documents, he finds 5 more, which he must check in the same way. Considering the human factor, what is the probability that he will close your case and move on to another one with only 5 documents. Or how long will it take him to schedule your interview if he has to check all 10 documents?
  8. That option for people with difficult situation like criminal record, taxes exemption and etc. And if you got RFE you can use that function too.
  9. You will be look over prepared. if it’s not official request about additional evidence you shouldn’t add them. You can bring it to the interview and show them IF officer asked. That’s bad idea to give them to do double work.
  10. You need to bring what is the letter says. You don’t need criminal records or reference if they don’t asking and you don’t have criminal history
  11. Yes! And I know a lot of people who filed 5 years rule and got interview less than 60 days
  12. I don’t know about Central Florida but South Florida is fast how it could be. I applied to I-751 from North Carolina, through 6 months we came back to Florida and applied N-400 2 months ago. Last Friday I got interview notice N-400 (60 days from applying ), on Monday I had notice about my ROC moving to another location and today I got paper letter(2 days) about my interview date. It will be combo with N-400. My first Green card I got less than 5,5 months ( including 2 RFE) in Florida too( Miami) Florida is not chipper now than New York!
  13. You shouldn’t count it yourself you should use official calculator for form I-751. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/when-to-file-form-i-751 I moved 4-5 times between states and every time I filled AR-11 10 days before moving( we have to do it every time, it doesn’t connect with form). But USCIS continued to send me letters to my old address twice. I got it because I made forward service from USPS. It’s really helped.
