Hey everyone, I am a peruvian-american born here in the states. I met my wife and married her last Nov 25th 2006. I filed for her on april 24th with the i130 and just last week i mailed in the ds230 part1 and 2. Now what is next?

Also any advise on what i will need for the interview? My passport has many many entries to peru this year alone as i have made quite a few weekend trips to be with her. Will this be enough evidence? What else would i need? I dont have cell phone bills since i use a calling card to call peru. Any advise?

I was married once before and after 2 years i got my first wife her papers as she was an illegal, the 4th year she left me. Would this compromise my new wife in any way?

Hi Martin and welcome to VJ! You're best bet is to ask these questions in the K3 forum, if that's what you've applied for or the CR-1 forum. I can't tell by the info you have supplied here, but my guess is CR-1.
